• X-axis is the iterations since start of the project.
• Y-axis is the total ‘done’ effort.
• The green line is the total scope. The dashed line extrapolates the estimated total scope.
• The red line is the total scope ‘done’ for each iteration. The dashed line extrapolates the estimated time required to burn down entire scope based on Scrum team’s current velocity.
