Scrum Master to DEV and QA Team :
- Is cross-functional
- Is right-sized (the ideal size is seven -- plus/minus two -- members)
- Selects the sprint goal and specifies work results

- Ensures that the process is followed, including issuing invitations to daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint planning
- Facilitates the daily scrums
- Aids effective backlog management.
- Facilitates Scrum events as needed.
- Aids in the PO understanding and practising agility.
- Leads and coaches Scrum adoption and empirical development.
- Impact s processes improving team’s productivity.
- Increases Scrum’s effectiveness across
- Coaches, even in environments where Scrum is not fully implemented.
- Leads team to high value deliveries.
- Removes impediments to team’s progress.
